Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy enhances the body’s ability for self-regulation and repair, by releasing restrictions within the Craniosacral System.  It is particularly beneficial in regulating the nervous system (e.g. downregulating the fight/flight response) and is gentle and non-invasive.  For more information, see the Craniosacral Therapy page.
