Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy enhances the body’s ability for self-regulation and repair, by releasing restrictions within the Craniosacral System.
It is particularly beneficial in regulating the nervous system (e.g. downregulating the fight/flight response) and is gentle and non-invasive. For more information, see the Craniosacral Therapy page.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting aims to help people overcome trauma, anxiety, and other emotional or physical challenges. The technique involves focusing one's attention on a specific point or "brainspot" in the visual field that correlates with a particular emotion or bodily sensation related to the issue being addressed.
By keeping the eyes fixed on this spot and using mindfulness and other techniques, the therapist and client work together to process and release the emotional charge associated with the issue.
